Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the UnDiscord browser extension and the website at undiscord.app (together, the “Service”). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service does

UnDiscord helps you delete your own Discord messages in bulk. It runs in your browser and acts using your own logged-in Discord session. It only deletes messages you already have permission to delete under Discord's rules.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for what you delete. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• You must not use the Service to harass others, destroy evidence you are legally required to keep, or otherwise break the law.
• You must be old enough to use Discord in your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts and licenses

You can use the Service anonymously up to a free daily deletion limit. Creating an account (via email, Google, or Discord) is free and lets you sign in and manage your license — but by itself it does not raise your daily limit. Only a one-time Lifetime purchase removes the daily limit and unlocks the paid features. A single account may link up to a configured number of Discord accounts at the same time; unlinking one frees a slot for another.

4. Payments

Lifetime access is a one-time purchase processed by our payment provider, Monetize. Payment terms, taxes, and receipts are handled by the provider. See our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to reverse the rate-limiting safeguards, abuse the free tier through automation, resell the Service, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend access that violates these Terms.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every message will be deleted, that Discord's API will remain available, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnDiscord is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data resulting from deletions you initiate. Deletion is your choice and is irreversible.

8. Not affiliated with Discord

UnDiscord is an independent tool and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Discord Inc. “Discord” is a trademark of its owner.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
