14-day refund

If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Because access to Lifetime features is granted immediately, refunds after this window are handled at our discretion.

How to request a refund

Email aleksandr.chermashentsev@gmail.com from the address you used to purchase, or include your purchase reference. We'll process eligible refunds through our payment provider, Monetize, typically within a few business days.

After a refund

When a refund is issued, your Lifetime entitlement is removed and your account returns to the free tier with its daily limit.

Chargebacks

If you believe there's a billing error, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a chargeback.
